Featuring a heavy-wall cylindrical steel shell, reinforced bottom cutting edge, and an automatic/manual bottom-discharge unloading mechanism, these buckets prevent mud suction, maximize payload volume per run, and optimize cycle times for rotary rig operators.

1. Heavy-Gauge Alloy Shell & Wear Strips: Rolled from high-tensile steel plates with external vertical wear strips along the cylinder body, resisting abrasive wall friction and preventing structural denting under high torsional loads.

2. Bottom Unloading Door Mechanism: Engineered with a heavy-duty hinge pin and automatic locking latch. When lifted out of the hole and positioned over the spoil area, the latch trips to release spoil instantly, reducing operator downtime.

3. Anti-Vacuum Vent System: Integrated fluid bypass channels equalize hydrostatic pressure when pulling the bucket out of deep, slurry-filled boreholes, eliminating suction forces that cause collapse of unsupported hole walls.

4. Optimized Tooth Angle & Layout: Cutting teeth are positioned at precise attack angles across the bottom cutting plate, ensuring balanced force distribution and smooth penetration without eccentric chatter.

Collects and holds non-cohesive sands, gravels, and wet cuttings that standard open-flight augers cannot pull out, preventing soil wash-back into the borehole base.

Executes rapid, large-diameter foundation shaft excavation through sticky clays and silt layers with high bucket filling ratios and clean bottom clearance.

Equipped with tungsten carbide bullet teeth, the rock-drilling bucket fractures weathered bedrock and retrieves loose cobbles before concrete pouring or casing installation.
